Kill and Chill - $135 per head​
Processing charge - $1.20 per lb of carcass weight​
Processing charge for split carcass - $1.25 per lb of carcass weight​
Curing - $1.50 per lb​
Pork Burgers - $1.15 per lb​
Seasoned Pork Burgers - $1.40 per lb​
Sausage Links, Bratwursts, Italian Sausage - $1.50 per lb​
Bulk Sausage, Bratwurst, Italian Sausage - $0.85 per lb​
Jalapeno and Cheese Bratwurst - $1.95 per lb​
Bacon and Cheddar Bratwurst - $1.95 per lb​
Bone out and Net Ham, Loin, Butts, Shoulders - $3.50 each​
Disposal Fee - $12.50 per head
