Our NEW Smokehouse Pulled Pork received grand champion honors and our Cowboy Butter brat received Champion honors.

We’re thrilled to announce that our famous seasoned steak kabobs will be sizzling all day, every day at the Illinois State Fair! We are teaming up with the Illinois Beef Association to serve these flavor-packed skewers at the legendary Ribeye Corral food stand throughout the entire fair.

Adam Fritz and Ted Prehn revitalized a long‑established local facility with the mission of bringing custom livestock and deer processing back to Jersey County. Drawing on their deep backgrounds in animal care and production, they’re committed to providing high‑quality, locally raised meat and transparent service to their community. Their focus is on modernizing the operation, expanding processing capabilities, and strengthening the local food system for producers and consumers alike.

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
