We’re thrilled to announce that our famous seasoned steak kabobs will be sizzling all day, every day at the Illinois State Fair! We are teaming up with the Illinois Beef Association to serve these flavor-packed skewers at the legendary Ribeye Corral food stand throughout the entire fair.

Drawing on their deep backgrounds in animal care and production, they’re committed to providing high‑quality, locally raised meat and transparent service to their community. Their focus is on modernizing the operation, expanding processing capabilities, and strengthening the local food system for producers and consumers alike.
