Processing Fees

Slaughter charge - $110 per head

Kill and Chill - $175 per head

Processing charge - $1.20 per lb of carcass weight

Processing charge for split side - $1.25 per lb of carcass weight

Cut out Backbone of Beef over 30 months - $35 per head

Tenderizing - $12 per round

Burger Patties - $1.15 per lb

Snack Sticks - $7.00 per lb

Salami (Three-Pound Roll) - $12.00 per roll

Slice and Pack Organs - $5.00 per organ

Disposal Fee - $22.50 per head

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Sunday: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
