Custom Processing

We custom‑process beef on Wednesdays, and each animal is properly hung for 7–10 days to ensure ideal aging and rich flavor.

 

Every cut is vacuum‑sealed and clearly labeled for easy identification and long‑lasting freshness.

We custom‑process pork on Mondays and just like our beef, lambs and goats our pork is state inspected to insure wholesome value and proper handling.

We custom‑process sheep and goats on Mondays. These animals have a flat rate for slaughter and  processing (additional processing fees may apply)
